the man did not ask many questions just my availability, etc and asked me if i had any questions so i asked a lot to make the interview go longer, not sure why i didnt get the roll as i was a great candidate and did/said everything right for the interview :/

Informal and straight forward. Questions about availability, ability to work nights and weekends, mainly checking ability to do the job and attitude. Asked if you have your own transport and will be able to pickup shifts at short notice
