The interview process was clear and concise. The initial interviews didn’t last more than 20 minutes, and the subsequent ones which were more in depth and focused on technical and role-specific topics lasted around 30 minutes. Overall, the structure was well-organized, and each stage made it easy to understand what they were evaluating and what the next steps would be.
