2 months of "wait and see". Lots of chaos, lots of waiting around with no information. After 5 rounds of interviews, I was told nothing, no feedback, just ghosted. Was given no information on what type of interview I would have - Interviews would flex between behavioral and technical with no notice. You will never know if you're going to be asked about your leadership skills or for details of how to configure a specific cloud tool. Really a drawn out, chaotic, and black hole interview, and I would recommend giving them a pass.
