Worthless phone screen. First recruiter didn't even show for first interview on the phone. Then I rescheduled. Very basic junior interview questions. Not engaging. I pretty much knew within 5 minutes this is not a place for me. I always crack up at recruiters when they are very junior people acting as though they have some power. Do yourself a favor, read and do homework on a person before getting on the phone with them.
