Long and demanding process.
The ATS (HiredScore) stage feels nearly impossible to pass, with rejection emails often sent very early in the morning, which gives the impression of automated filtering.
After passing that stage, the process included a screening interview, hiring manager interview, two assignments, and a slide presentation. It required a significant time investment.
The recruiter was responsive during the process, but after the rejection there was no follow-up communication despite reaching out. Overall, very long process and limited closure at the end. This shift in communication created the impression that once a candidate is no longer being considered, engagement ends immediately. A brief response or closure message would have improved the experience significantly.

They asked behavioral and situational questions around escalation management, cross-functional collaboration, and customer communication. I was also required to complete two assignments and present my solution.

Mostly behavioral questions. Also questions related to collaboration. Made it to the the 4th round interview which is the presentation part of the interview process.
It appears that there is a strong emphasis placed on presentation which is the 4th and final interview in the interview process. Was informed almost immediately by HR recruiter that my presentation was why I did not receive an offer. However, I believe that a decision may have been made by the hiring manager prior to the presentation. I would say that candidates should be informed after the 3rd interview if they truly are a final candidate for the position.
Do not let candidates prep for the 4th and final interview, which involves the presentation, knowing that a decision has already been made to move forward with another candidate. There is much effort and time involved in preparation for this final stage of the interview process.
Let's not waste each other's time.
