Recruiter first and then through a handful of different interviews, with hiring manager(s) as well as the team itself.
Organized process, but a lack of formal communication about steps involved and what stage of the process you're in. Went through the entire process, had great conversations but ultimately was not offered the role. I would have hoped that having gone through the full process (5+ interviews) I would have received more than a generic rejection email, especially considering the company itself and what Workday does. I had followed up with a couple of concise questions for improvement and genuine curiosity about what was lacking in what I had to offer so that I can grow, but unfortunately never heard back.

Easy, first round was with the HR person
Kept it short and simple, asking about tam experience and giving information about the team. Encouraging but also asked about compensation expectations and it was way too early to make that call.
