Phone interview with a company recruiter, then almost 3 weeks later an interview with a hiring manager. The hiring manager seemed very disinterested in speaking with me and spent most of the time talking about the specific region. Questions were very limited about my experience and did not seem familiar with my resume. I tried to engage the hiring manager with process questions and thoughts about working with Workday. The interview is nothing like described by the recruiter. I did not feel at all connected upon ending the interview. The next day I received a “thanks, but no thanks” email with no feedback. Recruiter would not return a response.

All questions were the standard behavioral questions. No questions about hard skills needed to implement their software.
