Colloquio
My first interview was in person at my university. The interviewer started by asking some questions about my experience, then moved on to one technical question. The question was very straightforward, think easy leetcode problem level. After passing this, there was a behavioral phone interview, after which they said they'd make a decision. They didn't get back to me for a long time (months) and then just said that the position had filled.

Colloquio
Met an engineer at my university's career fair, who reviewed my resume and deemed me a possible fit for one of their teams. A few weeks later, was contacted for a technical interview, which composed of standard data structure/algorithm problems and Qs about Java. Then a behavioral interview a few weeks later after that. About a week after that, was extended an offer.
Smooth, albeit a little slow, interview process overall. Interviewers were friendly and engaging, and I learned a lot about Workday.
