The processes had 3 steps, the first was a screening interview, a technical interview and after that would be at the company. First Step: - a manager calls me and asked some basic questions about OOP, like the differences between overriding and overloading, the principal topics of OOP and after that, he explained about the company. This step took 30min. Second Step: I needed to draw a class diagram to explain how to build a baking account, and the interviewers asked me some questions about my decisions while I was drawing. He said to draw 3 requirements. This step took 1h. Third Step: I don't know because I didn't pass this step.
