Process started by applying to the job on-site, followed by a call with HR. Then a 1:1 call interview to screen candidates and a on-site interview if you pass the initial call. HR keeps candidate informed throughout the process - feedback's fresh. Only con was: when asked what were the expectations (metrics) on how a PM should perform, the same generic and unclear answer was given (at all the stages of the process).
