- 1 hour conversation with Head of Engineering + Sr. Engineer - Take home test of building TODO app using rails + JSONAPI Spec A conversation based on the TODO take home exam was meant to take in place but it did not. The To Do app was presented as very casual step just to use it as a talking point. Despite it having a vague instruction, it was ultimately the deciding factor with a statement "the test was incomplete". Overall, it was quite disappointing given that the people involved directly in the process seemed smart, engaging, but the process seems to defeat its purpose.
