The recruiter was extremely prompt in setting up the first call, which went very well. Based on the requirements shared by the team with the recruiter, the recruiter was convinced that I was a great fit for the team. It all seemed good until the team decided to continue mulling over my application for about three weeks without an update. The recruiter also seemed uncomfortable with the fact that the team was spending so much time "thinking" about my application without meeting with me. The team finally got back to the recruiter and asked the recruiter to let me know that they decided against continuing the conversation. It all seemed very fishy and lame, not sure if the end game was to recruit or waste the time of potential candidates.
Difficult interview, very organized but the process took about 3 months in total. Met with 5 different people. Scheduling was easy and quick responses, but due to nature of scheduling with multiple people it took a long time.

6 week process - 5 interviews. Took forever for them to get back on the next steps.
Finally after waiting a week with no word, I reached out to HR with an update on my job application, to which they responded a week later that I wasn't chosen.
Terrible that they put you through so many rounds of interviews to just ghost you on your application.
If you're waiting for anything from them, just keep heckling them and hopefully they'll get back.
