Initially contacted by third party recruiter trying to place someone in a technical training position with Workday for a mostly virtual training position. After being handed off to a Workday recruiter was interviewed by another recruiter. Then the hiring manager, then another technical trainer. Five different interviews and at no time did I hear "forget about it". In the end turned down with a friendly email.

First there was a phone interview with generic questions, mainly on skills and availability. After that, there was a video interview mostly with behavioural questions, which took me a bit off-guard. I felt comfortable - I found the interviewer kind and empathetic.
