Standard process of a recruiter screening followed by 3 rounds of interviews starting with the hiring manager. Each round has a theme that the interviewers try to stick to, but be aware that they may deviate from this. In my case, my first interview was "VIBE" which is a catch all term for Workday covering diversity and inclusion. My interviewer didn't really cover questions on this. Instead the questions mostly focused on my hard skills and experiences directly tied to the role. Not an issue since I was prepared, but it felt like false advertising. I had a similar thing happen in my second interview. Largely deviated from the stated interview theme and there wasn't any acknowledgement of what the goal of the interview was. Lastly, both of my interviewers flat out told me that they were inundated with 10-15 candidates they were interviewing for this same role. This didn't give me confidence in my chances for the role, and it felt like the team was approaching the interviews from a position of power that is not representative Workday's culture.
