The recruiter was very nice and the phone interview went well. The recruiter seems knowledgeable about the position and seemed very passionate about Workday. The onsite interview was 2 hours and the team was great, interview questions were standard and it was more of a conversation than a formal interview. During the interview the hiring manager mentioned that the next step would include a presentation and that she would send an email with details. Four days after the interview, I heard back from the hiring manager letting me know that they were making a decision early next week. I never heard back and emailed the recruiter a week later. In her email, she mentioned that she had left me a voicemail last week (I never received it), and that they moved forward with another candidate. This seemed weird as the hiring manager told me something different. It still is an awesome company, just a rather strange recruiting process.
