Several meetings and a presentation to Sales management were required. The first is a phone interview, which is easy because there are not enough good candidates, then an in person meeting followed by a presentation and a senior sales leadership Skype meeting.

A story where you overcame obstacles, a story about how you use Sales Processes and Practices to execute a cycle and an example of exceeding expectations and how you went about doing so. They want to hear about your tenacity, your drive to exceed quota and your experience selling platform software deals.
