The interview process was long and a waste of time. I applied in June and was contacted by the recruiter. I interviewed with the hiring manager and I was told I'd be moving to the next round. A couple weeks go by and the recruiter told me the position was put on hold. Fast forward a few weeks, the recruiter tells me they are ready to move forward. I have 4 interviews over the next few weeks. I was told they would be making a decision a little over a week after my interviews wrapped up. Then I get a call from the recruiter saying the hiring manager can't decide which candidate she wants to hire and wants to talk to me again. The 6th interview was put on my calendar. The very next day I get a call saying they decided to fill the position in Costa Rica. Entire process from start to finish was just shy of 3 months. It was a complete waste of my time.
