      Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 2 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Workforce Optimizer (New York, NY) nel mese di feb 2020

      Colloquio

      Quite unsystematic, at first the hr mentioned got 4 rounds of interview in total. First round is SQL test, second round is general assessment, third round is a phone interview. At the end of the phone interview, when I asked about the number of rounds there will be for me to be selected. The hr said 2 more rounds, which add up to the total of 5. Did a follow up email, she didn't even send a rejection email to me. I have already made it to the third round, they should at least let me know my application status. Wasted my time for applying to this company.

We are deeply sorry for the negative experience you have encountered during the recruitment process; we believe it could have been much better. It was an oversight on our end to not have informed candidates fully of the full process at the beginning; it would help to set the expectations and allow everyone to plan their time. We also understand a timely rejection email would have given a proper closure for candidates, though we acknowledge we missed it out at times amidst the overwhelming responses we received.
