I applied online, and interviewed in person. The process took approximately one week. I was contacted via email and asked to send availability; an interview was then scheduled at their Calgary office. I interviewed with the President and a developer. The interview was casual, mostly focused on breaking down previous experiences on my resume, with one technical question. I enjoyed chatting with the interviewers, but felt that it was very one-sided. I was told I would be contacted with the results of the interview, but I was ghosted. No one ever reached out. The whole process seemed very disorganized.
