Got a call from HR after applying from Website in a week time. The whole process took 2 weeks. 1st round (30min): Phone screening from HR, about company culture, a bit about role, team and their success. 2nd round (30min): Phone call with SME regarding CV, current responsibilities, what to expect with WorkHuman and future goals. 3rd round (3hrs): On-site interview with multiple department stakeholders.

The interview was arranged via a recruitment consultant. The process took around 3/4 days. I was told i would be meeting a HR person. On arrival i was told that i would instead be meeting 2 technical people. On starting the interview they immediately told me that the role had been filled by an internal candidate. Now i understand that these things happen, but i thought it was incredibly inconsiderate to not reach out before and explain the situation - for all they knew i had used some annual leave to get there. They suggested that there might be another opening 6-8 weeks down the line so we continued. The actual 'interview' was more the two guys explaining how great the company was, how great their approach was, how they worked etc with me attempting to interject to highlight my relevant experience. It didn't seem like they had read my CV before the interview and there were long pauses while they scanned through looking for something to ask. 10 days later i haven't had any feedback. The location is a pretty desolate soulless business park. All in all, i would consider it a complete waste of time and wouldn't be interested in taking things any further
