The process was SUPER fast. Submitted CV on linkedin and got interviewed within a week . The recruitment partner, Laura is very professional with good communication skills, she took her time to explain the job description and about the company in detail Unfortunately l did not progress to the next stage, the hiring Manager did not get to speak with me because i do not have HR software background. Although sad, thought the hiring Manager should have had a chat with me at least to know why l am outstanding regardless. I wish l was given an opportunity to be interviewed myself to the hiring Manager without making the decision too quick. However, the HR carefully managed my expectation and provided a detailed feedback to ensure l was not left disatisfied. Three interviews with the final stage including panel interviews and a presentation. No feedback at all after final interview, which is very poor considering the time taken to prepare and complete full interview process.
