Colloquio
First stage with the TA partner in order to:
*get to know how my experience was relevant for the role
*which methodologies and sales processes I use
*how I deal with stakeholders
Second stage were two different video calls with a Senior colleague and the Manager
Second stage was divided in two parts. A first video call with my potential manager (super easy going), and a second video call with the head of the department that was more in depth, in order to really understand if I could be a good ROI
