Full process: 1. HR 2. Director of Engineering Operations 3. Sr Tech Writer 4. Director of Special Projects 5. CTO I got to the second round. The first interview went very well, there was a natural flow to the conversation. The second interview was supposed to be 60 minutes but ran for 30 minutes. I didn't have a positive feeling after the second interview because it felt rushed and the interviewer was polite but seemed like he had already made up his mind. I followed up twice after the second interview with no update or even an official decision: ghosted. UPDATE: About 12 hours after posting this, I received the official rejection. From the initial interview offer to rejection was over 5 weeks.
