i got the interview because i knew someone who knew the hiring manager. we had a one hour skype conversation and that was it. it was for a short term consulting position which is usually how hiring is done. its quite painless and fast if the need is there.

Overall a positive experience with very friendly interviewers. Had two rounds: first with the country team and then with the practice manager which was a one-on-one interview. Got offer within a month of the interview.
