You apply online and await for communication for the interview process.
It quite literally took almost 6 months to receive any feedback on the opening. Unacceptable. Waste of applicant’s time and the World Bank’s since candidates can receive various offers during that 6 month waiting timeframe.
3 panel interviews. each round with a different panel of current employees. The last round with the director. You only progress to the next round if you are successful in the first round.

Online application - Heard back after 3 months for an online finance test as the preliminary round - 20 multiple choice finance questions to be answered within 90 minutes - super specific modelling questions although it was a non-finance role.

There were 4 World Bank staff in the panel. Each had a question to ask. Questions were mainly behavioural therefore testing ones leadership skills and how one handle pressure at work. There were a total of seven behavioural questions and one analytical question.
