Your application should match it and you should be prepared to answer relative questions about how your education and career so far has made you a good candidate for this position. If you have not worked for this organization you should do research and reading so that you know the key issues, the roles and the myriad acronyms for departments, products and any other process. They generally prefer inside candidates, as more knowledgeable and less risk

Panel with 5 people and everyone is really friendly. Interview was in several languages since they were all required for the position and it lasted 45 minutes with 5 minutes for questions from my side.
