First-round was a telephonic interview. The second round was a written test. The third round was a team interview. Everything was done online and the experience was good. I applied it through the career site.

Interview consists of multiple screenings and it is ensured that the candidate is excellent on all the parameters of technical and managerial skills. The process is lengthy and might get extended to over a period of 2 months as well, which was the case for me. Interview rounds might be similar but you get to meet people from various levels and the teams across globe can be involved in the process.
