Leaves the interviewee feeling completely undervalued, as the institution's view is that candidate's will wait and conform to their timeline if they really want to work there. Unclear who the decision makers are. Apparently has gotten worse with hiring freezes and eternal reorg.

During the second round interview, it is a panel interview, asked me about coding, math, finance, and BQ questions. The coding question is easy, mostly is about SQL. The math question is about statistics. And also asked some basic finance questions.
