Normal interview. Common questions. A panel of three people where each one asks you a different question every time and the others add questions to the topic. I did not get the job though.
Interview included a written assignment submission followed by a panel with the project team and a senior member of the communications team. Questions were typical of communications with a bit of technicals to test understanding of the content.

Very straightforward. Spoke to practice managers working on join initiative. As they are the visionaries on the project, they look for your expertise on execution of materials. They prefer candidates with mutual connection.
