It can take long, and very bureaucratic but when successful it feels good to be part of the organization.
The interview partners were fair with their questions. HR, colleagues from the same team, and the hiring manager were participating.

Nothing complicated. Questions were related to previous work experiences and how I would organize a project from project planning to implementation and finally closure.
Panel with 5 people and everyone is really friendly. Interview was in several languages since they were all required for the position and it lasted 45 minutes with 5 minutes for questions from my side.
