Following my application, I received an email inviting me for an interview. I had an interview with one member of the team. A few weeks after I received an offer.
The interviewer was nice and courteous.

Tell us about yourself, tell us your understanding of ICSID/ICSID procedure.
Warm and welcoming interview. They asked about my background, alignment with the mission, understanding of the local market where my internship office was located. The process was 2 stage post the application shortlisting, a behaviuoral round followed by a technical one.

It was a short interview process with multiple interviewers and a few qualitative questions regarding what you think the world bank does and why you think you be a good fit for the role given
There was a first round behavior followed by one super day. The super day had multiple people interviewing and each one asking about 2 questions each, mostly behavior but a few technical here and there.
