It was great experience interviewing with WB. The interview process was good and the panel friendly. The questions were inclined to the role although there was no room for interaction with the team to get to know more about the people I will working with.

Applied and received an interview invite after 1 month. I was invited to an hour technical/behaviour interview with a panel of 5 person. Then, I was informed that I was selected for the final interview with the hiring manager. And I did a 30-minutes interview with the hiring manager of the unit.

It included more of technical - implementing the Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (risk management tool) and behavioral questions (managing conflict and team work). Hypothetical questions how I have applied environmental principles and tools on projects undertaken was major.
