it went smoothly and was brief. The interviewers were very kind and welcoming. I only had one panel interview with 3 interviewers one of them being the country director (was not based in DC). One of the staff did not work in the CO but in HQ.

Very smooth but can take a long time because they run a background check...first met with HR then had a panel interview and finally a one on one with the director...make sure you can talk about your previous projects
