-1h long preliminary test - very diverse and pretty complex (6 months after application) -competency-based interview (3 months later) - manager-facing interview (3 months later) - still waiting for the outcome (1 month later)

Around 3 months passed between application and interview, it had three rounds, 1) Assessments test, which was relatively easy, it was to check the language, analytical skills and task management 2) Panel competency based interview, there have been 5 people, each one asked one question 3) Final interview, which was more an informal discussion and mostly was for the future supervisor to decide which candidate they would prefer to work with
