its two interviews. The first is a group interview with two managers. In this interview you are asked the basic interview questions. ANSWER as man as possible basically get yourself noticed that way they will remember you. also SMILE. The second is an interview with the general manager of the store. In my opinion If you make it to the second interview you basically got the job. My second interview was more questions but i was offered the job that day.

How would you sell our explorer program to a customer.
Easy! Was professional, engaging, and made the experience comfortable. They asked insightful questions, actively listened, and provided clear insights about the role. I left feeling motivated and excited about the opportunity
The process started with a relaxed group interview conducted by two different managers. Typical interview questions were asked such as "What makes you qualified for this position?", "Why are you interested in Cost Plus?", etc. Follow-up individual interview with GM after the group interview and was offered the job on the spot. Managers made the process very comfortable and relaxed compared to other interviews.

My manager was really kind and personable. She showed me around the store and explained the job thoroughly after the initial introduction. It was the least nerve-wracking interview I've ever had.
