Applied online, had a quick phone interview about a week later and was hired at the time if I passed background check. Had to call back 3-4 times to see if the background check was complete. Finally got an answer the 5th time I called. Apparently they forgot about it for about a week after my interview. Should have seen that as a red flag, but it's retail so my expectations were already low.

I was taken to the back and the interview began. The questions were very generic. There was no questions that caught me off guard which was nice. The interview was about 40 minutes long which I thought was shocking but I was nervous at first and the manager made me feel comfortable.

The interview process was easy and simple. Managers were extremely friendly and kind. They asked very basic questions that were targeted towards your availability and you’re role at the store.

Schedueling conflict. When I showed up the person who was supposed to interview me was not there and someone else had to take over. They seemed unprepared to do conduct an interview.
