Very informative. Two separate interviews, the first being 10 minutes and the 2nd being closer to 45. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and seemed genuinely eager to meet me and discuss the company.

The interview process was a 3-interview process, in which two are the important ones. The first interview was the boss, who asks you questions about your work ethic, interpersonal skills, ambition and potential to learn. Student mentality is an important trait in the job.
