Phone screening interview that lasted 20-30 minutes-- very general in nature. Two weeks later, panel interviews. 2 panels with writing/excel test in between. Was offered the position about a week later.

This was one of the most excruciating painful interview processes I have ever experienced. I started the process in March and made it to the final round in June. The actual questions weren't that challenging but the process was drawn out far too long for an entry-level role. Ultimately, I had a total of five interviews and a one-hour timed written exam, which was very stressful. After making it to the final interview round, I was rejected and not provided with feedback. The interviewees were extremely cold throughout the process and it made me question the organization's internal culture.
