HR is very helpful to reschedule my written test according to my schedule. Interview was ok with competency questions set, nothing too creative like What animal would I want to be.

Straight forward- does not follow a formal guide. Infact its quite informal. Mostly to gauge your background and experiences based on your submitted resume. Interviews can go up to 2 stages depending on which level you are applying for.
