I applied for a SA position with WWT. A talent acquisition team member called me within 2 hours of application submission. An interview was scheduled for the following week. My interview was cancelled two hours before the scheduled call. I was not provided much information why the interview was cancelled. I was ghosted after reaching out to the recruiter. Wasting a candidate time like this tells lot more about internal culture and processes of WWT.

This place is ran by bunch of unprofessionals. I was contacted by a recruiter and asked me for availability for initial meeting with the hiring manager and I gave her my availability. But she didn’t contact me for a month. A month later she contacted me and asked me why I didn’t reply to her. And when I told her that I replied to her, she said “oh I must have missed your email but do you have time tomorrow for a call? The hiring manager reviewed your resume and was impressed. “. I told her that tomorrow didn’t work because I had a dr appt but she let me know that tomorrow was only time. So I canceled my dr appt and scheduled my interview. The next day about 5 mins before was going to start, I got a cancellation notice. No note. I replied back and asked the recruiter if the interview will be rescheduled and didn’t get a response. Very unprofessional folks over there
