I was directly interviewed by the team head. The interview was a face to face format and it took around 30 minutes. He first asked me to do a self-introduction and he asked me some questions about my studies at university. He did not really ask in-depth information about my CV but he asked many questions on environmental issues. It would be good if you prepare more on environmental issues and policies before you interview. There was a written test before the interview.
