Phone/skype interview. WWF was always at least 15 minutes late for the interview. I had to send emails asking if the interview would take place as scheduled. There was a lot of focus on one's background rather than on applicant's ideas for the job which would have been more appropriate for a director position.

My experience included an HR screen and four rounds of interviews over more than two months. The interviewers successively moved up the organization chart, and the questions were standard, easy to answer with adequate preparation. I found the communication to be timely and professional until after the fourth interview. I was told I would hear back within a week but I heard nothing after two weeks. I followed up for closure as I sensed the outcome and received a standard rejection email from the recruiter a few days later. I was disappointed to not get an offer to consider after the extensive interview process, but I know my value and want the right fit for both parties. I respectfully requested a few insights that I could learn from, but unfortunately, that final email went unanswered.
