When I interviewed with WorldBoston, there were straightforward questions - about 10 of them. They were very relevant to the position. Some follow up questions.
Then, an offer was made by email, followed by a discussion over the phone, followed by a revised offer.

The interview was simple and straightforward. It was with the leaders of the organization. There was one interview in person and discussion over email. I think there were seven questions. I was asked for references, as well.
