After applying online for around 2 weeks, there was an online video interview. Then, one week later, I was invited to a face-to-face interview with the Compliance Officer and the Compliance Operation Team Lead. The interviewers and the HR colleague were friendly, making the interview unstressful.
Two interviews are conducted in both Cantonese and English, and mostly covering on how my personalities and experiences suit this position and the knowledge of World First.
Finally, I received a verbal offer few days after the face-to-face interview.
It’s a 30min interview regarding self introduction, working experiences and questions in relation to the job. The interviewer is nice and the whole process is quite smooth. At the end the interviewer will explain to you more details on the department and the job responsibilities.

Went through a phone screen and two on-site interviews. The phone screen basically asked questions to test your knowledge on this position and World First, so that wasn't too difficult. After that got the invitation to go for an on-site interview with hiring managers. and they were both very kind and i could tell that they not only wanted to know if i was a suitable candidate, but also keen to know me as a person. The second on site interview was with two team members, they were also very easy-going and helpful to explain the job duties in detail, which made me believe that they would be helpful colleagues and easy to work with if i was given the job.
