It went by pretty quickly. It was slightly unorganized, but that was because the upper management were fairly new to their positions. I emailed the hiring manager directly with my resume/cover letter and set up an interview. I went in a few days later for the interview and was given an offer a couple days after that.

They made it seem like they definitely would be expecting me to work extra, outside of normal work hours. The guy I interviewed with didn't seem that bright, after we talked I couldn't imagine him being my boss. They did offer me the position, but the pay was sooo low $31K (who is taking a job in Charlottesville for that lol!) and after the interview I knew it wasn't a good fit anyway.
