If your fundamental knowledge is strong, you will easily pass technical test
For group discussion prepare intro and summary.

There is a very good interview process.First they arrange aptitude test and then personal interview and then they take HR interview.So it is very good procedure for fresher or Graduate Engineer Trainee.
