received a call for interview process, informed there will be some test as well. During the interview day, we need to complete the test first, if failed then we will be automatically rejected, we will proceed for interview only if passed the tests given

Got a call from a recruiter and was asked if I am open for an opportunity overseas. Scheduled an interview after a week. Had a good conversation with the hiring manager throughout the interview process thru skype. Talked about the salary before wrapping up and the allowances and career advancement should my performance will meet their expectations. The initial job offer came out after 4 weeks, then another 4 weeks for salary revision as I negotiated the salary. The recruiter is vey supportive and always kept me updated. I am now waiting for the contract.
