The process was chaotic and disjointed. I couldn't tell who was coordinating the process; what the next steps were at any given time; or, whether there really was a job to discuss. Nobody was responsive. The interviews themselves were OK, but I didn't get the idea that there was a common understanding of the job description, or even what they thought they wanted from the role. Overall, I thought it was disrespectful.
