I received a call from hr within a few days of applying. The interview process slowed from there. It was ridiculously long and they all asked basically the same questions. The process took months. All the process did was demonstrate to me management at wwp was/is incapable of making decisions in a timely fashion. By the time I received notice from hr that I was no longer being considered I was several interviews and months into the interview process. I was relieved I was no longer being considered because as a manager I was/is disappointed in the management at wwp and their obvious lack of decision-making skills. If you are someone who doesn't need months to make a decision then this isn't the organization for you.
