It was one of the most comfortable interviews I had. First time I didn't feel like being interrogated by the employer. Very professional and at the same time friendly. We've had 4 steps which are: - online interview with an HR - 2 tests (Knowledge of the language & general test for CSR) - online interview with a delivery manager - online interview with a CEO I've received an answer the next day after the interview.
